In 2014, our founder launched his first company in a high-growth market. Along the way, he missed several key inflection points because he was too focused on executing the day-to-day operations himself instead of leading the company and working on the business.

He needed a way to separate the signals from the noise and empower the team to solve problems instead of handling everything personally. But the lack of visibility, follow-up, and accountability made it difficult to let go of control.

Eventually, he discovered that using a structured approach to running the business (regularly discussing issues with the team, assigning clear actions for execution, and using the right tools to track accountability and KPIs) changed everything.

Not only was he finally able to grow the company and step away from the daily grind, but he paradoxically gained even more control over the business. With better visibility and alignment, he could finally spend more time doing what truly mattered: leading and growing the company.

Armed with that experience and the lessons learned from building a business in an extremely competitive market, he created MonsterOps.

Today, he uses MonsterOps himself to run two businesses while maintaining the visibility and control needed to make the right decisions.
